About Research Day (November 13, 2026)
Research Day is an opportunity for students who have conducted summer research to present their findings in poster format 鈥 an experience that is especially valuable for those pursuing competitive residency programs or research-focused careers. We expect 350-400 faculty, staff, and student attendees from across Macon & Joan Brock Virginia Health Sciences Programs.
The 38th Annual Virginia Health Sciences Research Day offers a variety of sponsorship opportunities for individuals and organizations looking to support excellence in health sciences research and education.
Individual Sponsorships (alumni, faculty, staff, parents, etc.) have no minimum requirement. Corporate Sponsorship packages are available in a variety of amounts. View the information and benefits structure below, then visit our to complete the sponsorship form.鈥

Research Day 2026 Sponsorship Levels and Benefits
To appear in the event program and booklet, the sponsorship form, payment, and materials must be received by October 2, 2026; however, we do love early birds and appreciate materials submitted in advance of that date.

Proud Alumni
