The Office of International Collaborations invites ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ faculty and staff to participate in our English–Spanish Chat Hour, a unique opportunity to practice Spanish virtually while connecting with faculty and staff from ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½'s partner universities across South America.
This informal, conversation-based exchange is designed to help participants strengthen their language skills through authentic dialogue. ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ participants have the opportunity to practice Spanish while our South American colleagues practice English, creating a friendly and mutually beneficial learning experience.
Beyond language practice, the English-Spanish Chat Hour provides an excellent venue for building professional relationships, fostering cross-cultural understanding, and exploring opportunities for future international collaboration in teaching, research, and service.
Whether you are a beginner looking to gain confidence or an advanced speaker seeking regular conversation practice, you are welcome to join.
